Local Service – T1 & Copper
• Local Voice T1’s provide local calling area access with up to 24 channels of utilization per T1.
• T1’s can be configured to provide direct inward dial and direct outward dial numbers.
• Local Voice T1’s can be provisioned as fully integrated circuits carrying local voice, switched or dedicated long distance voice, and fractional Dedicated Internet Access.
• Copper Lines, or Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS), provide dial tone and access to nationwide and international carriers.
Long Distance Service
• Switch Long Distance is the access of a long distance provider through a business line (POTS).
• Dedicated Long Distance is the access of a long distance provider through a dedicated circuit. Here, customers have the ability to dial long distance calls directly into the provider’s network, avoiding local line charges.
