Ken Yanneck, President and CEO
 
 
Ken Yanneck is the President, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of IPLogic Inc.  Under his leadership, IPLogic has grown from a small startup in 2001 to an organization employing over 120 people in seven locations throughout a five state region in the Northeastern, US.  Prior to founding IPLogic, Ken co-founded REALTECH Systems Corporation, an early pioneer in the network integration services channel in 1988.  Being part of the founding management of both IPLogic and REALTECH, Ken has gained extensive hands on experience in a start up environment, as well as experiencing the transition from startup to a mature, professionally managed, growth oriented organization.  From 1986 until 1988, Mr. Yanneck was an Analyst/Systems Engineer at the State University of New York at Albany where he was instrumental in deployment of numerous first-generation local and wide area networks.  Ken received a BS in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Albany in 1987.  Currently, Ken sits on the Board of Directors for the Colonie Chamber of Commerce.  In 2004 Ken received recognition for his business success by the Capital District Business Review in being a recipient of the 40-under-Forty award, which recognizes the top up and coming business leaders of New York’s Capital District under the age of 40.

Michael Connally, VP of Sales & Marketing

Michael Connally is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and one of the founders of IPLogic, Inc.  As the VP of Sales & Marketing, Michael’s role is to oversee the development and execution of company's strategic marketing plan, to manage the outside sales team, and to ensure all customers and vendors have a consistent and pleasant experience as it relates to technology solutions.  In this very strategic position, Michael is called on frequently to be interoperable with many different departments and functional units in order to solve client’s unique business challenges.  Prior to starting IPLogic, Michael was in an Account Executive role linking customers with network communications technologies.  He also opened new offices for REALTECH systems and built sales teams to achieve corporate goals.  In 2006, Michael was recognized in The Business Review’s “Forty Under Forty”.

James Lozano, CFO

Jim is currently Chief Financial Officer of IPLogic, Inc.   He provides leadership on Corporate Development, Finance, and Administration.  
Prior to IPLogic, Inc., Jim has worked in many industries and for internationally recognized companies like Federal Express and Mellon Bank. His experiences have included a brokerage firm, several banks and a start up technology company. In addition to all financial and administrative functions, he also raised $2.5 million in seed money for the start-up company. He implemented a loan program at one bank that increased operating revenue by 10% annually.
In addition, Jim has served as adjunct professor in Corporate Finance and Investments at Manhattan College in Riverdale, New York and Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York.  Jim received his B.S. in Business-Economics from SUNY at Oneonta and his MBA in Finance from Adelphi University.

Chris Gaito, VP of Professional Services
 
Chris Gaito is the vice president of professional services at IPLogic, Inc. Chris directs IPLogic's rapidly expanding professional services organization and provides an insightful vision of the future of our industry. His technical acuity and understanding of business trends has added a significant dimension to IPLogic’s management team.

Prior to joining IPLogic in 2006, Gaito spent eight years working in Cisco's channel organization, most recently as system engineering director for U.S. Channels Commercial Markets where he directed a national team of 70 sales engineers and managers. During his tenure at Cisco, Gaito served in a variety of engineering and management roles, working with networking resellers, service providers, global and national partners, direct marketing resellers and distributors and regional value added resellers across the United States.

Prior to Cisco, Gaito worked in reseller channels for GE Capital IT Solutions (now CompuCom), and consulted for Coopers & Lybrand and the New York State Energy Office. A graduate of Siena College in Loudonville, N.Y., Gaito is a Cisco Certified Networking Expert (CCIE), an accreditation that is earned by less than three percent of all Cisco certified professionals.
