Ken Yanneck, President and CEO
Ken Yanneck is the President, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of IPLogic Inc. Under his leadership, IPLogic has grown from a small startup in 2001 to an organization employing over 120 people in seven locations throughout a five state region in the Northeastern, US. Prior to founding IPLogic, Ken co-founded REALTECH Systems Corporation, an early pioneer in the network integration services channel in 1988. Being part of the founding management of both IPLogic and REALTECH, Ken has gained extensive hands on experience in a start up environment, as well as experiencing the transition from startup to a mature, professionally managed, growth oriented organization. From 1986 until 1988, Mr. Yanneck was an Analyst/Systems Engineer at the State University of New York at Albany where he was instrumental in deployment of numerous first-generation local and wide area networks. Ken received a BS in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Albany in 1987. Currently, Ken sits on the Board of Directors for the Colonie Chamber of Commerce. In 2004 Ken received recognition for his business success by the Capital District Business Review in being a recipient of the 40-under-Forty award, which recognizes the top up and coming business leaders of New York’s Capital District under the age of 40.

Michael Connally, VP of Sales & Marketing
Michael Connally is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and one of the founders of IPLogic, Inc. As the VP of Sales & Marketing, Michael’s role is to oversee the development and execution of company's strategic marketing plan, to manage the outside sales team, and to ensure all customers and vendors have a consistent and pleasant experience as it relates to technology solutions. In this very strategic position, Michael is called on frequently to be interoperable with many different departments and functional units in order to solve client’s unique business challenges. Prior to starting IPLogic, Michael was in an Account Executive role linking customers with network communications technologies. He also opened new offices for REALTECH systems and built sales teams to achieve corporate goals. In 2006, Michael was recognized in The Business Review’s “Forty Under Forty”.
