Kenneth Yanneck - President and CEO - IPLogic, Inc.
Ken Yanneck is the President, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of IPLogic Inc.  Under his leadership, IPLogic has grown from a small startup in 2001 to an organization employing over 120 people in seven locations throughout a five state region in the Northeastern, US.  Prior to founding IPLogic, Ken co-founded REALTECH Systems Corporation, an early pioneer in the network integration services channel in 1988.  Being part of the founding management of both IPLogic and REALTECH, Ken has gained extensive hands on experience in a start up environment, as well as experiencing the transition from startup to a mature, professionally managed, growth oriented organization.  From 1986 until 1988, Mr. Yanneck was an Analyst/Systems Engineer at the State University of New York at Albany where he was instrumental in deployment of numerous first-generation local and wide area networks.  Ken received a BS in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Albany in 1987.  Currently, Ken sits on the Board of Directors for the Colonie Chamber of Commerce.  In 2004 Ken received recognition for his business success by the Capital District Business Review in being a recipient of the 40-under-Forty award, which recognizes the top up and coming business leaders of New York’s Capital District under the age of 40.
 
Gary Mittleman - President - Turtlerun Ventures, LLC
Gary Mittleman has proven skills as a CEO, and is particularly strong in creating value for small and high growth companies.  In 2000 he was listed by Forbes Magazine as one of the country’s top 500 CEOs.  Currently, he is President of Turtlerun Ventures, LLC, an investment advisory and consulting firm that works with early stage companies.  Prior to forming Turtlerun, Mr. Mittleman was the founding CEO of Plug Power, a high tech power generation company designed to provide clean and affordable electricity for the home.  Starting with a team of 22 people and one patent application, Mr. Mittleman created the leading residential fuel cell company worldwide with 500 employees, over 100 patents, and many key strategic alliance partners including General Electric, Engelhard, Detroit Edison, SoCal Gas, Hoechst Celanese and Vaillant.  He led the firm’s strategic direction, created the organization and raised over $100 million in private funding prior to taking the company public in 1999 with an IPO led by Goldman Sachs.  The company’s public market cap had ranged from $600 million to over $6 billion during his tenure.  Before running Plug power, Mr. Mittleman was President of Edison Development Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Detroit Edison responsible for energy related equity investments.  In addition to his work in the energy field, Mr. Mittleman has held senior positions at Ameritech, Ranks Hovis MacDougall, Booz Allen & Hamilton, American Can Company and the Knightsbridge Group.  Mr. Mittleman received his BA in mathematics and MS in mechanical and aerospace sciences from the University of Rochester.  He earned his MBA with honors from the University of Chicago.  Mr. Mittleman serves on the board of IPLogic as chairman.  He and his family reside in Loudonville, NY, a suburb of Albany.

 
David H. Waterman - Managing Partner - DeltaPoint Capital Management, LLC
Mr. Waterman has over 33 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, finance and general management.  Prior to co-founding DeltaPoint  in 1996, Mr. Waterman was Executive Managing Director of Capital Formation Group, an investment banking and mergers and acquisitions advisory firm co-founded by Mr. Waterman in 1992.  Prior to founding Capital Formation Group, Mr. Waterman spent 4 years as Vice President, Investment Banking at First Albany Corporation and 14 years as Vice President, Corporate Banking for Fleet/Norstar Bank.  Mr. Waterman currently serves on the Board of Directors of PCore Electric Company, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of high voltage bushings used by electrical utility companies and current Fund III portfolio company, IPLogic, Inc., a professional services company focusing on voice and data networking and current Fund III portfolio company, DynaBil Industries, Inc., an aerospace component supplier and current Fund III portfolio company, and Sigma Marketing Group, a data analytics and marketing services provider and current Fund III portfolio company.  Mr. Waterman previously served on the Board of Directors of Horizon Aerospace, LLC, a manufacturer of aircraft instruments and former Fund I portfolio company.  Mr. Waterman received his Bachelor of Arts degree from State University of New York at Albany.

Neal  V. Fatin, III  President, RN West Shore, Ltd
Mr. Fatin is currently President of RN West Shore, Ltd and Chairman and CEO of AP&T, Inc.  In the past, he has held a number of corporate and community leadership positions.  Most recently, he was Chairman and CEO of TR Services, Inc.  Earlier in his career, he was Chairman and Executive Director of the Erie County Medical Center Healthcare Network, CEO of Buffalo Cardiology and Pulmonary Associates, PC. and Vice President and Group leader in HSBC Bank’s corporate banking department.  Mr. Fatin also served on the Board of Directors of The Jewett Refrigerator Company, Russlander and Sons, Inc, TR Services, Inc., and on the advisory board of Dopkins & Company, LLP  Among Mr. Fatin’s community activities were: Board Chair ECMC Healthcare Network, Board Member Child & Family Services, Sustaining Board Member Buffalo Renaissance Foundation, Vice Chairman and Board Member Millard Fillmore Health Education and Research Foundation,  member of Millard Fillmore Hospitals Finance Committee, Board Member and President of Nichols School Alumni Board, Board of Deacons member Westminster Presbyterian Church, Co-Chairman of World Veterans Games, United Way section leader, Kids Escaping Drugs committee member, Hockey Coach for the Old Shamrock & Bison Hockey Organizations.  Mr. Fatin was also a recipient of the Buffalo Business First 40 under 40 award in its inaugural year.  Mr. Fatin is an alumnus of Nichols School, Hobart College, and the State University of New York at Buffalo and currently resides with his wife and children in Buffalo.
