Network Monitoring & Management

From implementation to ongoing support, IPLogic offers the right solutions to ensure success.  Our Day 2 Support provides support for a variety of data, unified communications, LAN/WAN, and wireless technologies, as well as providing 24 x 7 proactive monitoring of network devices and communication links. 

  • We monitor common issues detected on your network, as well as managing the issues to resolution by providing remote technical support and onsite support
  • In addition to up/down monitoring, IPLogic’s platform offers performance management of your environment in order to analyze performance trends on the network. Once pre-determined thresholds are exceeded, alerts are generated
  • Our clients are provided weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports of the analysis performed on the networks and the specific trends discovered. The reports also include incident tracking of all tickets generated in the environment
  • In addition, clients receive access to a 24 x 7 Technical Support Center for any device issues, and in the event the issue cannot be resolved remotely, our engineer are available for dispatch to your site
  • IPLogic works in conjunction with our hardware and software partners and will interface with their TAC in order to administer parts replacement under your maintenance agreement
