Ken Yanneck, Chairman of the Board of Directors & CEO

Ken Yanneck is the Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of IPLogic Inc. Under his leadership, IPLogic has grown from a small startup in 2001 to an organization employing nearly 100 people in seven locations throughout a five state region in the Northeastern, US.  Prior to founding IPLogic, Ken co-founded REALTECH Systems Corporation, an early pioneer in the Solutions Provider channel and profitably grew that organization to over 200 employees over a 12 year period.  Throughout his almost 25 years as an entrepreneur Ken has gained immeasurable experience developing companies from the start-up phase and transitioning to mature, professionally managed, growth-oriented organizations.

Ken received recognition in 2004 for his business creativity and leadership accomplishments by the Capital District Business Review as a recipient of the 40-under-Forty award, which recognizes the top up and coming business leaders of New York State’s Capital District under the age of 40.  He also has been active in the local Capital District community by serving on the Board for the Colonie Chamber of Commerce and delivering the convocation for the University at Albany’s Computer Science Department’s graduating class.

Ken began his career at the State University of New York at Albany where he was instrumental in deployment of numerous first-generation local and wide area networks.  He received a B.S. in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Albany.

Thomas Steinke, CFO & Vice President, Finance

Tom Steinke has over 10 years of experience in public accounting and industry.  He spent nearly 6 years at KPMG, LLP serving a diverse set of clients across multiple industries in the Capital Region and Northeast where he led or co-led engagements involving buy-side and sell-side due diligence transactions including the acquisition of OSi Specialties by GE Silicones in 2003 and the sale of GE Silicones to Apollo Management in 2006.  In April 2008, Tom joined DynaBil Industries, Inc. as Controller where he implemented a formal internal controls program and performed business analysis and sell-side due diligence prior to the sale of the Company to Ducommun, Inc. in December 2008.  As Business Unit Controller with Ducommun, Tom assisted with post-sale integration activities, while providing leadership oversight of the Business Unit’s SOX 404 implementation and ERP system migration.  Tom places strong emphasis on financial analysis and leadership growth.  He has been with IPLogic since April 2010 and has oversight of the Finance and Business Management functions, and collaborates extensively with Professional Services, Sales, Human Resources as well as other external stakeholders and business partners of the Company.  Tom received a B.S. in Accounting from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Chris Fox, Vice President, Customer Operations - West

Chris Fox has held several roles since joining IPLogic in 2007.  Chris was initially hired as Director of Business Development, Data Center Solutions and successfully moved the company into the fast growing Data Center solutions segment.  Chris then moved on to an expanded role as Director of Sales for IPLogic’s West Region where he drove more than 35% in revenue growth during the company’s most recently completed fiscal year.

Chris was recently promoted to Vice President of Customer Operations – West where he will be responsible for managing all sales and business development efforts including professional services alignment, developing and executing client support strategies and managing personnel recruitment and development within the territory.  Chris’ duties also include understanding IPLogic’s existing and emerging markets in order to identify areas of opportunity and to develop effective strategies and tactics for business growth; creating a cross-functional team environment that rewards active participation, knowledge sharing and achievement; and implementing process changes that improve the customer experience.

Prior to joining IPLogic, Chris worked in sales capacities at Xerox and EMC in New York City.  Chris earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY where he was also a member of the basketball team.
